Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
I understand that unanticipated events can happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all
my clients, the following policies are honoured:
24 hour advance notice -Letting Me Know Helps Everyone – By cancelling with at least 24 hours notice, you enable
me to offer your appointment slot to other clients. Appointments cancelled with less notice or not attended will be charged at the
standard rate. If you reschedule within the same week you will not be charged a fee.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will
be charged for your “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late
you arrive, will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually
given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
