Spinal Flow  (work in progress)

Where will my Spinal Flow session take place?
Your Spinal Flow session will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Louder spinal flow music will be played to help you relax and let go of layers that you are holding onto. You will lie face down on a table especially designed for your comfort.  There are pillows, bolsters available for your comfort. First a health questionnaire will need to be filled out and then a gateway and posture assessment completed prior to any healing session. I always offer the gateway and posture assessment free of charge as I need to meet with you in person to see if I can work with you.  After this I offer a healing session which you pay for.

Must I be completely undressed?
With a Spinal Flow session you are fully clothed and lie face down (prone) on a massage table with a face hole.  Please wear comfortable clothing and socks.  To get a more comfortable session casual clothing shorts, long pants, trackpants, (skirts, dresses are okay) mainly clothing that does not have a thick seam at back as I work a lot of the time on the midline your Sacrum and coccyx.  Not recommended, Hoodies and Collared shirts, jeans, lycra tights, or really tight clothing.  You will be lying there for approx 30 mins.

What parts of my body will be worked on?
I will be working mainly on your sacrum/coccyx area, a quick check of your C1-C2, C3-C7, trace of spine and then onto sacrum.  I may work on your sphenoid as well.  There will be times when I touch your feet and thighs, head and touch lightly on parts of your spine.  Most of the time will be spent on your sacrum/coccyx area.

What should I do during the Spinal Flow session?
Prior to the session, feel free to ask the practitioner any extra questions about the technique or the upcoming session, that you need clarified.

During the session, make yourself very comfortable, readjust if needed.  You do what feels right for you if you need to move parts of your body, then please do it.  If you need to scream, cry, shout, laugh, sigh, cough, do it! I would like you to "do You" there is no judgement or right or wrong way, everybody is distinctly different. Everybody reacts differently to touch and everybody is going through something unique to themselves.

Many people close their eyes (the floor is not that interesting), find a nice place to go to in their head and completely relax.   I will talk to you if I need to, or for encouragement to let go.  Spinal Flow is most effective when your body is not resisting and you free to relax your active mind.

If you have any questions regarding the session or about Spinal Flow Technique you are receiving, please feel free to ask before of after session or call me if there are things on your mind prior to or after session Ph: 0274 518155

How will I feel after the Spinal Flow  session?
It really depends on what you are going through, age, traumas, health etc.  However most people feel calm, less pain, brighter, feel changes in themselves and relaxed, some people may feel nothing but the practitioner will have noticed some change(s) and will relay this back to you.  Please note that sometimes you can feel sorer later on however this pain will not be unfamiliar to you it will be part of a layer that is starting to be work through.

What are the benefits of Spinal Flow Technique?
put notes in here.

Are there any medical conditions that would make Zero Balancing bodywork inadvisable?
If you have a spine can probably work on you.  You would need to book in for a gateway and posture assessment.
